5 & up open gym - Coach/es are available, however, open gym is geared towards athletes working independently on skills they know - it is not structured class.

Coach lead and parent assisted class; Learn the beginning basics of gymnastics that enriches their balance and coordination.  Gymnastics helps build strength, locomotion skills and confidence.  Little gymnasts and parents will be introduced to all equipment and participate in fun obstacle courses

Little gymnasts get to show their independence in this fun filled class! Parents will enjoy watching their little gymnasts learn the basics of gymnastics.  Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, locomotion skills, balance, flexibility and confidence.  Participants will be introduced to all the equipment and participate in fun obstacle courses

Gymnasts learn various beginning skills for vault, bars, beam and floor.  Class starts off with a fun warmup/stretch, various drills and circuits to learn progressive skills.  Vault - stretch jump onto mat and kick to handstand fall to flat back.  Bars - pull over, cast, back hip circle, under swing dismount or sole circle dismount.  Beam - Jump to front support mount, arabesque to 30 degrees, stretch jump, lever, and cartwheel to handstand dismount.  Floor - handstand, cartwheel, split jump 30 degrees, front roll, back roll and roundoff - after obtaining these skills will pass to level 2

Leveling up to 2, gymnasts will learn more basic skills and parts of team routine introducing them to what preteam would be like! Vault - punch to handstand and fall to flat back. Bars - pull over/cast, leg cut, mill circle, single leg  basket swing, squat onto pike sole circle dismount or undermount swing. Beam - jump to front support mount, arabesque 30 degrees, stretch jump 1/2 pivot turn, lever, cartwheel to handstand dismount.  Floor - handstand (1 sec), pivot turn/heel snap turn, split jump 60 degrees, bridge kick over, roundoff, back roll, chasse leap, and candlestick hold.  After completing level 2 - will be approved for preteam!

Mr. Don has been coaching tumbling for over 30 years and will help you with all your tumbling needs!  Beginning to advanced our coaches will teach athletes with drills and progressions.
